Nice hotel, great service
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is in a nice location, easy to get to, and close to Matthews. What put this hotel over the top was the customer service of the evening desk clerk. I am so sorry i didnt get his name. He was the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating gentleman you could ask for. We also dealt with the cleaning staff who were happy and polite and friendly. Obviously management is doing something right by their employees. The hotel is nice, but we will absolutely come back for the service!

It was comforting. However, we were there with two children and the food service staff stated that the juice machine was out of service. They provided water as the only beverage.
I would hope that a large chain would send someone to the supermarket to buy some juice for their clients.
