Great Hotel
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were greeted as soon as we entered & check-in was super easy. The front desk attendant Sam was amazing & super helpful! The room was clean & we had asked for certain things and it was there! They also had the pull out couch ready for my granddaughters. The breakfast was very good & all was kept stocked and very sanitary. We loved our stay

Expensive for nothing
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsThe building has a bad aroma in the hallways. The rooms. The breakfast was not good at all . The building floors and layout could inprove . Expected a better overall experience with this being a Sheraton hote, and what i spent on it. I don't feel like I got my money's worth.

Great Stay.
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly upon arrival and when checking out. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything you need is right here yet the hotel is tucked away from traffic. This will be my GO TO hotel when visiting THE QUEEN CITY.
