They double charged me for one of the rooms that I had booked. Still have not heard back from a manager. In one of the three rooms the fridge did not work , and the AC was not working properly. We told front desk and told them again when we checked out. I love the hotel and will go back. Also the pool was ice cold from it being in the shade.

Josiah ( I think that's his name) was amazing. I work in a hotel as well and I have really high standards when it comes to customer service . He exceeded my expectation for customer service. He looked me in the eye and call me by my name. He was top notch to make sure I had a good stay/service
