Loved James at the desk. Sheba at the bar, the best. Doris served us at breakfast. Food good. Service perfect. Rooms Immaculate. And I'm picky. I live in Raleigh and my family lives in Charlotte. PERFECT when visiting my grandkids!

The staff member who checked me in and then remembered me in the morning to ask me a question specific to the event for which I was visiting Charlotte was amazing! He exemplified superior customer service, kindness, and joy.
My room was very spacious and clean.

This amazing Hilton property seems like it was just built yesterday very clean also cool on the fourth floor overlooking the shopping areas easy walking everywhere lots of food choices and if you want to get stuff and bring it back to your room, super easy do that too highly recommended for kids families adults, all sorts of friends just busy in the Weaverly area
