Perfect place to stay overnight before a flight and leave your vehicle for your stay. *Note, as of this summer they charge $10 a day to leave your car, payable with use of a QR code when you arrive.

overpriced, food was ok, untrained bartender, shuttles were prompt.

I reserved a room at Holiday Inn near Charlotte Douglas International Airport. When I arrived they said they did not have my room because “when you book with a third party it only if there are any rooms available when you arrive,” and they had given my room away. I was not late to check in. It WAS after Hurricane Helene and they had lots of power workers there trying to get a room but I can’t believe they took my reservation. I had to drive almost an hour back home and sleep 4 hours before driving back, to catch my flight.

The property was very clean, the staff were helpful and courteous and the food options were great. I will definitely be staying here again.
