It was so bad both nights we were there and no one would do anything about it. at 2 am there were rc cars being ran up and down the hallway outside of our room. The entire floor was so noisy. We asked to be moved and they said no even though they were not fully booked. The room itself was okay but not somewhere we will stay agin. and the breakfast was so expensive on top of the stay. If it hadnt come with the bundle stay we bought it would have been much cheaper and better to go to the Chick Fil a across the street.

Stay was nice glad I had a free breakfast the next day. I think $15 for breakfast is a bit much. If your looking for comfort and clean without alot of frills this is it. Will stay again.

Great location!!

Near many restaurants. Convenient to uber to airport or uptown Charlotte. Very clean and comfortable. Bar lounge/dining opens at 5pm. Offered free parking.

The location was great. The only downsides were that I was notified at the time of check in that my room could not be cleaned daily unless I requested it and given that I had a three night stay that was an inconvenience, also the hallway light in the room did not work.

The scent machine is horrendous! This carcinogen spewing is terrible for people with allergies and frankly smells awful. What are you trying to cover up? Save your money and the environment by shutting this thing down-PLEASE! Your people are great. The smell is awful.

Ever tried sleeping thru a Rave??

No wonder this place was an inexpensive option...Apparently it's a teen/young thug adult party pace on the weekend. People shouting, squealing, running the halls until 4:00ish both nights. Better on Sat but still ridiculous! Front desk understaffed and sure they are afraid of these "customers". Zero help ! Have stayed here several times before and since last visit it has become a safe party hotel for the very late night crowd. When mentioned to staff the shoulder shrug said it all...Never again for us!!

Property was great, there was a $100 charge for incidental that I was not aware of, although it is refundable after 7 business days. Breakfast was great, if you’re a coffee drinker make plans to go out for coffee. Restaurant in walking distance. Overall great stay!
