Family wedding
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our needs. We were visiting the area for family wedding and needed a large house for us (8 adults plus infant). The checkin was very easy and house was just like the pictures. Communications with owners was very quick and they allowed us late check out.
The beds were harder than our normal sleeping conditions and there was limited abilities to keep the basement bedroom area warm but otherwise a great visit.
Definitely recommend for large group gatherings and central location within the Charlotte area.

Private, Spacious, Perfect
Publié le 18 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is one of the best rentals I have possibly ever stayed at. I cannot even begin to describe how perfect this home is. Its extremely spacious and very accommodating. I had family come from all across the US and they were very very impressed. The privacy was so perfect yet its located so close to everything. This is definitely going to be a recommended spot for any family or friends coming into this area to visit.

Fun place for groups

Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. It's the 4 bedroom house if only couples in the group or can sleep up to 14 people, if large groups.

Excellent Property for the Family
Publié le 11 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe wanted a property for a mini-family reunion of our 3 adult children, their spouses, and our 2 grandchildren, as we were all able to conveniently meet here in Charlotte for a few days. This was a perfect home with comfortable living spaces, a well stocked kitchen, entertainment amenities, plenty of outdoor play area, and a convenient location. The property manager was very accessible and responsive to our questions and needs. Would highly recommend this property as a quiet get-away, but not far from the active commercial area of "Birkdale Village".

A beautiful, well-kept and spacious country home.

Distance was only15 minutes away from many attractions we wanted to visit. Gas bbq needed attention so we didn't use but everything else was in top condition. Great choice for families with a variety of ages.
