My stay @ Microtel Sunset rd Charlotte NC

Good hotel with very good customer service. My first night a person came in with 7 kids ... sounded like they where jumping off the top ropes‼️🤬😡 I called the front desk .. the noise stopped. The next day, on my 2nd and last day, the noise started again so i was moved to another room ... gentleman @ the desk was very professional and courteous. Moved me without issues.

The greeting was the best part of our stay. We were in room 111 and the bed is very squeaky. I believe maybe springs were old. The AC was very loud. The room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was ok.
