Property is many levels below WYNDHAM standards: smell on hallways, stoppers missing on sink/tub, stains on bathroom, etc

The back of the place was a dumpster (my room was facing that side) the girl at the front desk was rude when I tried to check in and when it was time to check out no one came to the desk, they had a phone number on a piece of paper taped to the window so I called and I was told it was ok to leave, so I wasn't even sure I was properly checked out.

The women at the front desk was amazing! But sadly there is no breakfast provided, thank goodness ihop and waffle house are not to far from this location.
We got a non smoking room but the room smelled like smoke and there were things splattered all over the walls and burn marks from smoking in the tub and other areas

Hotel was closed for renovations.
Publié le 13 mai 2018 sur ExpediaThis hotel was reserved Oct. 2017 and was not open for vacancy when I attempted to check in May 3 - May 7. And wasn't informed by Expedia nor the hotel of this issue at all. This really ruined my plans and I would like something to be done to fix this matter.
