The back of the place was a dumpster (my room was facing that side) the girl at the front desk was rude when I tried to check in and when it was time to check out no one came to the desk, they had a phone number on a piece of paper taped to the window so I called and I was told it was ok to leave, so I wasn't even sure I was properly checked out.

The women at the front desk was amazing! But sadly there is no breakfast provided, thank goodness ihop and waffle house are not to far from this location. We got a non smoking room but the room smelled like smoke and there were things splattered all over the walls and burn marks from smoking in the tub and other areas

Hotel was closed for renovations.

This hotel was reserved Oct. 2017 and was not open for vacancy when I attempted to check in May 3 - May 7. And wasn't informed by Expedia nor the hotel of this issue at all. This really ruined my plans and I would like something to be done to fix this matter.

This Motel was closed on my arrival. Expedia had sent me multiple reminder messages about my booking and even telling me that there was no need to contact the facility. It was a local event weekend so piratically no other room where available- esp at a decent rate. My wife contacted Expedia and was promised to be refunded within 24 hour- 48 hours later - nothing. I will never use Expedia.com again!

Övergivet hotell som lurar kunder

Detta hotell är övergivet. Inget vatten, avlopp ström när jag kom dit var det 4 polisbilar där och en grupp med irriterade personer som alla hyrt rum. Hotellet har varit stängt i över 6 månader. Enligt polisen var det ett knark och horhotell. Detta är något jag kommer reklamera när jag kommer tillbaka till Sverige

Didn't stay because they were closed for repairs

Horrible. I paid for a room in a hotel that was under renovation and was not made aware that I would not be able to stay. I found out they were closed when I read the sign on the front of the door at 10 pm after a 3 hour drive.

Bad experience

Got to the motel I had reserved for 4/6/2018 about 3:34 pm and their was a sign on the door saying closed for remolding. I had to cut my trip short and return home. I missed a day at the Charlotte Auto Fair.

This hotel is closed for “renovation”. It’s been closed for months. Looks like squatters have taken over.
