Hi hello my name is jameca Hendrix, and I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and untrained personal that you have at the motel 6 here in Charlotte NC University. On the 21st I booked a room for one night through Expedia for 97$, but when I got there jk or kj was at the front desk and informed me of the security deposit in which I gave him my card shortly after I left. I woke up the next morning to check my account and noticed 3 pending transaction one was for 97$ for Expedia one was for motel 6 for 74$ and a security deposit of 20$ so I called back to a rude and very aggressive person who didn't want to here what I was trying to to explain to him until. I actually got him to listen to me, he then stated there was a mistake and my card was charged for the room instead of jk or kj confirming my Expedia booking reservation so he informed me that he had fixed it and corrected it and it should be back on my card soon. So later that evening I checked and found out that all three transactions posted to my account. I am very upset and disappointed with the service that I had received. Here is all my proof and information if needed. I have also reached out to Expedia of my issue and they reached out to him and asked him to fix it, but he stated to them that he has to wait till a mgr if there to override it in which is the same mgr who informed me that things was corrected in the beginning. 72859809881424 Expedia travel confirmation - Fri, Jun

STAY AWAY from this hotel! There were legit "ladies of the night" around the entrance trying to solicit, the driveway leading to the property is dark, and there was a group of people just hanging out in the middle of the driveway "playing games" and we had to find another enterance, cockroaches in the rooms, we found an old to-go box in the microwave, and the food was seriously petifided looking. We stayed all of 5 minutes then just left.

The room was very small! There was food in the microwave from the previous occupancy?! And the location catered to prostitution ahead of Hotels.com’s online reservations!

Horrible unsafe area

Tried to book a second room for my children and they sold the room for more out from under me. Prostitution in the area, unsafe area and roachs in the room as well as someone left old food in the microwave and it’s been there a while. Very disappointed in this hotel and will not stay there again
