Séchoir manquant, propreté laisse vraiment à désirer, porte de chambre ne ferme pas bien très difficile à débarrer

On comprend que dans le contexte du coronavirus, il n’y avait de déjeuner mais comptoir à café et muffins enveloppés individuellement auraient été appréciés...

The worst
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt took 55 minutes to check in. The room had a broken inside lock and smelled like dirty carpet. Took another 15 minutes to get a different room. The next room also had inside lock broker. Staff woke me twice at my door then said all was fine.

Room was dirty and smelled. Black stuff on walls that my husband took a rag to to wipe off. If we could have found another hotel that night we would have. Had reservations to stay there on our way back the following Saturday, cancelled them immediately.
