Exceeded our Expectations
Customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! One staff associate in particular, Stephanie, was able to accommodate our early check-in request which made traveling plans run smooth. The drinks at the bar exceeded our expectations! The location of the hotel was in close proximity to the Spectrum Center and restaurants we had on our list to visit. The hotel lobby was beautiful and our city view room was nice and clean. Would highly recommend this property. 5 star rating!!!

The property was not great. Our windows leaked. We heard sirens and fighting outside all night long and we were on the 9th floor. Our room was not very clean and the bed and pillows were terrible. Will never stay here again.

Great Stay
The room was rich and elegant but we didn't pay too much money for our stay. The value was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside that we experiences was paying for parking. We were not aware of this prior to our stay. The upgrades in the room are very nice. We would return.
