Staff was amazing, breakfast was a added bonus. The pool was clean the whole experience was well worth the money. I'd put this as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! 5 stars across the board!!

My husband and I stayed there from 8/3/24 - 8/7/24 we stayed in room 213, the first day we got there and tried taking a shower the shower fixtures fell out, we had to call first service, they didn’t answer, I took picture and went down stairs to show the front desk, they said they’d send someone up, wen back up stairs and tried pressing my clothing in the mean time, the heater drained waited over my clothing several times, so it wasn’t working had to call first service again to complain, no one came, my husband has to go back to the front desk to find out what was going on they said someone would come up, eventually someone came fixed the fixture and brought a heater. When packing to leave I realized my brown leather wrist bracelet was missing, I brought only 6 pieces of jewelry, one of them was a brown leather bracelet and another was a brown leather bracelet, and I looked all over the room and our car never found the bracelet, the clasp on that bracelet is strong and would not have fallen off my wrist, when ever we travel we always put the do not disturb sign on the door, we do not like anyone coming into our room when we stay at a hotel, we did the same this trip and one of this hotels staff clearly came into our room and took this bracelet, we travelled lightly so we know what we had, it bracelet was not expensive but the fact that staff came into our room when we put up the sign to not enter made us feel violated we will never stay at the hotel again

We enjoyed our stay at this suite very much, so it was very cleanly and Conveniently located, the pool was perfect and so is the surrounding area. The yard is beautiful could stay in enjoy it. This could be a little bit friendlier it's not a lot of southern hospitality there but other than that I love this day and would be more than happy to stay again.

They property was ok to stay at but I don't think I would choose it again. The area was fine - easy to get to and get around Charlotte from. The room was clean but things were broken - microwave handle, toilet made a screeching noise when flushed, tile falling and the couch was covered in grease stains. The breakfast buffet was sorely lacking for options - hardly a piece of fruit or yogurt offered and the same breakfast tacos offered everyday. The hotel is very PET & KID friendly and there were numerous children running the halls and eating everything at the buffet plus dogs barking sporadically…overall not what I was looking for. The front desk staff are the gems - they were lovely and helpful for more towels, blankets and toiletries…so that was nice. Not the worse place I ever stayed at - other families would find it fine for them but unfortunately not my favourite hotel choice.

The worst 4th of July weekend ever!!!
To say the least this was the worst experience I've had staying at a hotel. After traveling for hours me and my husband went to check in. My husband inquired about the restroom the hotel clerk tells us it's down somethings wrong with it. I make the comment "well I hope our room restrooms are working" get in the room not only does the toilet not work, the floor was filthy spots everywhere the room door had a hole in it and was half patched. The sofa looked as if something had chewed it. I went back down to the lobby with pictures and pissed the guy says he has no other rooms available. I got up early the next morning and advise hotel management that this was unacceptable he apologized and gave us a replacement key for another room.

The place is beat. The enamel is worn off the bath tub. Seats in the breakfast area have no vinyl covering and are showing springs. And the coup de gras is in bedroom air conditioner unit. It’s so loud you can’t sleep.it turn on and off frequently so there’s no regularity to the noise. Folks were setting off really loud firecracker right outside our window. I would not send my worst enemy to the hotel.
