The room was nice, facility was nice but had bad odor of a skunk smell throughout 2nd floor hallway, Was not informed about parking passes they were just put in with key cards, not enough luggage racks available to help with transporting luggage to and from vehicle. Loved the room and view of the pool and balcony

I was totally disappointed with the conditions no ice in machines no housekeeping Daily didn't supply enough linen daily never asked if we needed anything they didn’t even clean the bathroom not enough shower essentials no continental breakfast no tea in the room I just felt they didn’t care stains on carpet floor I will never stay there again
