This was listed as having sound proof rooms but definitely not the case. Air vents dirty. Black out curtains need repair.

My stay here was ok…honestly no complaints about the hotel itself. My only complaint is that the $50 hold they put on my card was never returned, even after my bank released it on their end.

Angelathank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Our 50 hold for incidentals per night is standard but it's all handled through our system. The hold gets released the moment you checkout in our end, but it can take 5-10 business day to go back to your bank. We do not have a way to hold any incidental holds as our system automatically releases after departure. We apologize for this inconvenience but please know this is not something we're holding onto for any reason. Once again thank you for your feedback and thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Stayed in a 1bedroom suite, the space & size of the room was great along with the very comfortable king size bed. Check-in was crazy because I had prepaid & they wanted me to fill out a credit card authorization form when my friend arrive before me. I stay at Staybridge everytime I come to Charlotte so I was a little surprise about the check-in which has never happened before. They acted as if my reservation wasn't even in the system when it actually was, then another worker walked up looked in the system & everything was fine. Judgement of people was terrible.
