This place is horrible

DO NOT STAY HERE. A cash hold at FOUR TIMES the room rate makes no sense at all. They request this at the time of check in so you don't know its coming and further, its selectively applied.The clerk was rude, disrespectful and unreasoning. Her boyfriend who is not an employee of the hotel was hanging out in the lobby and only made matters worse by injecting himself into the situation. This was a waste of my time and ruined my evening plans. I will never stay here nor recommend anyone bring their family to a motel that caters to h0 rny truckers and l0t li zards. DO NOT STAY HERE. I credit Hotels .com for making it better.

Left a review with La Quinta as very satisfied. Everything was great, staff was helpful the room was comfortable, air conditioning/heating was quiet, breakfast was adequate. Transportation to airport was wonderful.

I didn't get the room i requested they offered me a smoking room on the third floor which I declined said only other room they on first floor the ac didn't work now tried to cancel no help from the front desk and or booking agency
