Worst hotel in the history of ever

Did not stay at facility, upon arriving i did not recieve the room i booked, the A/C didn't work, when i questioned room and a/c, I was told nothing i can do, ask about another room and quote " nope dont have another and walked away from me, when I informed that i was leaving and wanted a refund, quote" I'll leave a note but nothing will happen before Monday" this was late Saturday night, and againg turned away from me

It was okay.

This hotel is definitely in an uncomfortable area. To me, it felt sketchy. The front desk was weird and awkward. The area you could smell a bunch of pot and the room just felt unclean. It was good enough for one night to sleep and that’s it.

They sent a link to checkin and asked to upload ID and credit card. When we arrived, we had tobrepeat everything again.

very bad breakfast

Rude night clerk

The night desk clerk was the absolute rudest desk clerk we've ever encountered (and we travel approximately 150 nights per year so thats a lot of encounters to compare to) .. and not just to us but to everyone we saw her encounter. She was condesending and snappy to everyone. At one point one of our group went to ask for an extra towel and she was sleeping even. The daytime staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was a packaged muffin and coffee with whitener, the juice that came out of the machine looked off-colour like it was starting to go bad...

They advertised breakfast in the morning and NO breakfast no coffee was made yet they kept empty coffee containers. Also got orange juice but it was clear not OJ have no idea wat it was.
