With travel delays and last minute biking in a city we only planned to be laid over in for a few hours, Ballantyne was such a pleasant luxurious surprise. Just what we needed in a stressful situation. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

It’s a lovely hotel and we always stay here. This time was a bit different. I saw a couple of roaches, I reported it but never heard a word.

Hot tub did not work. Not enough staff in all areas. Front desk, coffee area. Staff was very nice just not enough. They were working hard but very crowded hotel.

The Ballantyne is a beautiful property and was immediately impressed the moment we pulled up. Walking into the hotel was like a dream. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.
