In the green, perfect to relax

Very nice B&B in a nice spot, very green, close to the lake, woods or you can simply enjoy the beautiful garden. Room was spacious, bath a bit small, very comfy bed, and a very nice host, who cooks great breakfast with organic vegies of his garden.

This was my first experience staying at a B & B. I found the property and host to be quite charming.

This is a fun place to stay with a great host. Nice bed, delicious breakfast.

The location was great. Friendly host. I liked the little gardens as well as the fireplace or fire pit outside. It adds charm.

The place was a dump. Shabby but not chic. The breakfast was good. Expensive at half the price.

Perfect Wedding Weekend

The inn keeper was so helpful, and kind! He helped to accommodate our family when we found we needed an additional room in the middle of our stay. We had so much fun, and will definitely be back again.

Never Again

My daughter had a basketball tournament in Burlington the weekend of May 19th. That weekend in Burlington was also graduation. All the hotels in town were booked. I went on hotels.com app to look for something fairly close. I found this quaint little inn with pretty good reviews for less the $50.00 for the night. Thought wow did I luck out. We arrived around 4:30/5:00. Drove by it at first, turned around and daughter in the front said " OMG keep going, I don't want to stay here. It looks creepy. I said "it does not." Went in, the owner showed us to a room that was not the room I booked. Pulled me aside and was clearly upset I got the room for this price. He asked if I knew what their rooms cost. I said yes, I looked. He was upset I had another kid with me and that another person was an extra $40.00. I told him I was not paying that, we would just not eat the breakfast that was supposed to come with the room. The girls were afraid of him and quite frankly the way he spoke to me made me nervous. But we had no choice there wasn't anywhere else to go. There was a queen bed and a twin bed placed in this room. They both felt like we slept on concrete. The kids were sore and achy in the morning. I joked with them saying Duker removed the comfy mattress pads as punishment for getting the room so cheap. I would never stay there again nor recommend anyone to. I was made to feel like I did something wrong because booked the room off of this app for $46.49.
