Perfect for our 1 night stay..24 hr coffee, clean, affordable very pleasant staff and great location. Was slightly dated and parking lot light was "strobing" . Would stay again.

We don't stay in hotels very often as we are campers and have our own accommodations. However, we were out of town not camping for this trip. Since discovering Tru years ago we don't stay anywhere else. Staff was super friendly. This is our 2nd stay here and the hotel is always spotless. They take great pride in their place of business. It's convenient to where we needed to go. No complaints.

This is a nice, pleasant place for visits to the Charlotte area. We especially appreciated the gentleman at the check-in desk since he was full of information on walk-able places to eat in the area. His guidance was invaluable.

This was my first stay at TRU. I travel a lot more than most people, for work, and I thought this hotel was simply wonderful. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was furnished beautifully, with a great tv, and movable desk, fridge, hangers, and it was spotless! I felt like I was the first person to stay there ever! Great soap! Great hot water for tea and coffee. Thank you staff at TRU

Convenient location with lots of dining options. The exercise area have Pelethon machines that you have to pay to use. Breakfast was great and desk clerk was very friendly and helpful

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is wonderful! Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable. This looks like a brand new hotel, great lobby! Breakfast looked decent. I'll be back!
