There was no heat in the room. For engineering to turn the heat on they would have had to turn the cold water off in the room.That makes no sense.

Overall, we had a great stay for the ECU vs UNCC game! We enjoyed the pool with our kids and tailgating in the room before the game. Super convenient to accessing UNCC and surrounding area. A couple things to note: room was very dusty-most likely from down pillows. The water was always warm in the sink and got extremely hot. Restaurant was very slow for breakfast and kids portions were the same aa adult portions for cheaper price. Food was delicious though!

It was ok.
Check in was seamless. One thing I noticed is that the receptionist failed to put out where the hotel bars/restaurant or shops were located. She only pointed us in the direction of the elevators. Other than that everything no else was fine. The room was only supplied with 2 of everything towel which I thought was a little weird but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The overall experience was nice. I will definitely be back.

Due to staff basically not cleaning the room that i paid for on time ( king bed city view) i was placed in a room with 2 queen beds and that it was the same price when there is definitely a $50 difference. I was basically told it was my fault for booking through 3rd party and that i was only staying one night and basically just to deal it and i would not receive a refund or any accommodations. I was also charged an internet fee that was waived after i had to create a marriot bonvoy account. Staff showed no empathy whatsoever will definitely not be staying there again.
