It’s fine. No complaints staff is friendly. Was a bit tricky turning into the property road, at night in the pouring rain. But Thai more a city issue if they can’t fix the lights. I’d stay here again at this price!

When I got to my room at the top floor of the building past 11pm there were THREE wastebaskets over a towel ON my king bed catching a leak from the ceiling. Went to sleep on the other side of the bed as U had just a few hours to rest before walking up and catch my continuing flight.

Convenient to the Charlotte airport (CLT). We were stuck at CLT because of weather so chose the most-convenient hotel. The room was perfectly adequate. Provided breakfast opens at 6 a.m. which was good for us to check in for a morning flight.

Bumpy landing but comfortable stay
Once I had a room, no issues and staff were friendly. However, getting to the hotel was more difficult than expected as no one would answer for the shuttle for many calls. Then someone finally did and said shuttle was coming but it didn’t. Called back and they said driver had left early. Once I got to hotel via an Uber at my own expense, they struggled to find my reservation, even though I had my confirmation number and had confirmed several hours before on phone. I was eventually given a key but then someone else was already in my room so had to go back downstairs and wait more till this was finally resolved. Lost an hour of sleep as a result, however appreciated being given a 1 pm late check out and being able to wait longer for my evening flight in comfy lounge. Shuttle back to airport was efficient, clean and friendly. All staff lovely and professional but someone screwed some things up on the evening I arrived.
