The staff are very friendly and helpful! Thr facilities are clean, spacious and neat. The area nearby has foos options that are walkable. However, I was told this is a rough area so I didn't walk at night.

It’s fine. No complaints staff is friendly. Was a bit tricky turning into the property road, at night in the pouring rain. But Thai more a city issue if they can’t fix the lights. I’d stay here again at this price!

Great people but breakfast…

People who work there are great, from reception to the shuttle drivers. No lotion in the room or at the front desk. Breakfast is limited and below average.

this property (or at least the room we stayed in #318) was in need of serious updating. Wasn;t sure if what was on the walls was dirt or the start of mold (near the ceiling). Bed, was fairly new, but VERY firm. Pillows were lumpy and miserable. TV was sittng on dresser vs. mounted on the wall. Chairs for sitting were filthy. VERY disappointed. Front lobby was clean, breakfast was Ok, front staff check in women was awesome. Transportation was good.

The staff was great and room comfortable. Near by some places to shop that you can walk to without a car. A little disappointed by the breakfast.

The property is looking very dated. I waited for the shuttle to the hotel for an hourafter midnight, but finally had to take a taxi for a ridiculous cost of $25, a supposedly "flat fee." was told breakfast would be at 6:15, but it wasn't actually served at 6 - modest and mediocre, but I couldn't finish because the shuttle driver wanted to leave at 6:20.I slept my four hours between arrival and leaving, but the hotel was basic and just OK.

I thought you had 24 hours shuttle service. We needed a 4:30 shuttle to airport and had to get a cab. Many planes leave early and not providing transportation is unacceptable.

I had a cancel flight. And rescheduled for an early morning flight at 6am. The shuttle service was not available until 5am. Therefore, I was nervous, I would possibly miss my flight. I wish there was 24hr Airport Shuttle service, the good news, I made my flight.
