I've stayed at this property a few times b/c my business has an event 3xs a year at a location close by and the price is right but there's always something. This time we were placed under a room with at least 3 children running back and forth across the ceiling til 1AM and all had to sleep with headphones in. Last time I couldn't get into the room when I arrived b/c my two employees had checked in ahead of me despite being the person who paid for the room and who's name it was under. I had to wait in the parking lot for 30 mins for them to return from a movie after driving there. Also the non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke and there's evidence like burns on the tubs that they were formerly smoking rooms. Just manage your expectations with this place. It works for a crash pad but def request an uptairs room.

Very near to the CHO airport and also near to Shenandoah National park. The place is old but clean. Staff is good and helped us.
