Everything was very good except the hot tub was heater was not working. Hotel staff said they were working on problem.

Lots of amenities, great breakfast, like new facility, nice bathroom, great room layout with comfortable seating.
Towels were too thin. Housekeeping left door unlocked when they left, didn’t clean sink area, and did not give us clean wash clothes.

We came to visit Monticello. The property was close and convenient. Our room was clean and nicely done. The breakfast was good. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
