Ideal location and good for family/friend group
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayPark Street is a beautiful location in a tree-lined residential neighborhood that quiets down at night. The walk to the Downtown Mall is lovely and passes by Historic Court Square. I selected this listing for my visiting friend group because of the location, and it could not have been better.
While this is a basement apartment, it has three separate sleeping rooms (plus I suppose another sleeping space in the living/gathering area). The two full bathrooms are well equipped and the compact kitchen fully functional, particularly for those who are visiting and probably having most of their meals out.
Our group was three women, all above age 70, and we felt safe and comfortable.
The property manager was exceptionally responsive and flexible, and the owners, whom we met over our three nights there, were warm and helpful. This is an excellent location for those who want to explore Charlottesville and downtown.

Stylish apartment with everything you need

Use of property outside if apartment
Publié le 22 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the hot tub after the race we competed in on Saturday. It would have been nice to know if we could have used the screened in porch. All in all it was very enjoyable and in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect cozy apartment

All the little details were most appreciated....such as the plentiful outlets and the motion activated lights at the entrance. The short walk to the downtown mall made it easy to meet up with friends. The hot tub was immaculate, and the temperature was perfect. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay!!!
