Dilapidated Cottage

The property has been severely neglected over the past several years, as evident by the cracking and peeling exterior and interior paint. Several key features were broken and not working, such as chairs and lights. The high expense of this rental should be used for updating the home to make it suitable for the next renters.

Good stay for UVA graduation

It is an older property with beautiful solid wood furniture and a comfy feel in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from UVA. All the amenities are as noted in the listing. The beds were comfortable (not too soft) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Abbey's instructions were clear and she was very responsive when I had trouble logging onto the wifi. There is room to park 2 cars off the street to the left of the house, and with a car UVA and downtown were easily accessible.

Special weekend in Charlottesville
