Amazing. 100% would come here again and will definitely be on the lookout for IHG Hotels moving forward. Very clean facilities and rooms, great breakfast, nice gym and pool. Staff members were kind and respectful! Needed a room to stay overnight last minute and was more than pleasantly surprised with this hotel!!! Highly recommend!

Disappointed
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsHighly disappointed with this trip. Stayed here a few years ago and it was great. This trip really showed how far it has declined. Our room was late being ready which was ok. But when we came back and checked in, the room stunk and we found a huge puddle of pee on the floor in the bathroom. Wondering if the room had even been cleaned. We were moved to another room and that one seemed clean. However, we didn’t have a shower curtain, the soaps were all out and the tv only had an antenna (bedroom tv had more channels but stopped working mid stay and we had to call about that too). Disappointed in the upkeep at this hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and kept trying to make it right. Not their fault. But for the price we paid, I felt very disappointed. Unfortunately we probably won’t stay here again when we come to town.
