Charming Charlottesville

Very nice place to stay. Great location for us as near to family less than 5 minutes away. Very clean. Really good breakfast selection which was free. Also free dinner on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays. Coffee available 24/7 in restaurant area. Kitchen well equipped with hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

It never happened. I received a call that evening canceling the reservation because they accepted too many reservations and were overbooked.

Charged us even though we told them we needed to change the day, which we did ( my uncle died and I was there with my parents) and instead of switching charged us twice. Asked if we could use the night, instead of a refund, on our way home and they stated no!
