Looking out on 'ole King Square' the Hobbs House was built in 1928 by Frank Hobbs, a local entrepreneur. Renovated in 2010, it is now available as a tourist rental.
It is only three blocks from the centre of Charlottetown (the Confederation Centre of the Arts), but it is situated in a residential neighbourhood.
Ideal for couples or small families who want to be close to where things happen, yet quiet and residential at the same time.
