Chalet overlooking the village of Chatel and located 150 m from the Super Chatel ski lifts. The chalet benefits from a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountains. Due to its exceptional, quiet location, you will be able to quickly access the amenities of the resort center, just 250 m away. (restaurants, shops, cinema, bowling). Chalet le Castor is suitable for 8 people and is equipped with a Wi-Fi Internet connection, a wood stove, a balcony, two covered parking spaces (carport) and additional parking spaces in front of the house.The entrance hall allows you to store and store equipment (ski boots, skis, sled, snowboard) Spread over two levels, the chalet includes on the ground floor: a living room with a lounge area and wood stove, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs, the corridor distributes 3 bedrooms arranged according to this organization: two bedrooms each with two single beds pushed together to make a double bed and the one also has two independent single beds. A third bedroom with two single beds pushed together into a double bed and equipped with a baby bed. A private balcony shared by both rooms allows you to enjoy the view of the resort. A bathroom with separate toilets complete this floor. For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Upon arrival, a deposit of €1,500 will be requested from you by credit card imprint. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation. For your comfort, we can also offer you the following additional services to facilitate your stay: - Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay - Household linen at €25 for one single bed and 50€ for a double bed (includes bed linen, one sheet and one bath towel per person, bath mat and kitchen linen) - Beds made on arrival: 10 euros for a single bed and €20 for a double bed - Booking ski passes with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive days
