Accueil très agréable. Emplacement exceptionnel. Prêt de matériel de plage. Petit déjeuner simple. Décoration agréable. Salle de bain un peu vétuste. Pas d’isol Phonique on entend les autres personnes des chambres voisines.

Value oriented, well
Located (beach about 2 mins and downtown the other way 5 mins). Staff was attentive and friendly. Clean, well taken care of. This is not a high end hotel despite its high end location. You’ll find clean, updated rooms. Bit of a throwback when you could bring a family to a Chatham and not break the bank (and be treated fairly).

Great property! Close proximity to the beach, short walk to shops and restaurants, and friendly staff. Daily happy hour and morning continental breakfast add to the experience. We are looking forward to staying again!

Hidden Gem
Publié le 23 sept. 2023 sur HotelsAnyone who gives this place a bad review is a picky binch. Rooms are clean and comfortable, property is adorable, proximity to beach spectacular, staff delightful. Yes, it's not the Chatham Bars, but it's also not Bars' prices, so get over it.

Room was a dated motel room at $375.00. Continental breakfast was mediocre. The beach area (small) was the back bay so no waves. You could walk to the town of Chatham from there around 10 minutes which was nice. All in all very expensive for accommodations. In Mystic we stayed in a literal mansion (Captains Mansion) for $50.00 more a night and it was 5 stars. Surfside was 2 stars.

We do advertise as being a 2 star rated hotel, while that does not mean we give 2 star service, we do try to be upfront with what amenities we have and what we offer. If you come back for our excellent (relative) value feel free to ask us for some recommendations on the room types, things to do, and other beaches that are just a quick drive or long walk away if you don't like the more protected (by the Chatham sand Bars) beach area directly next to our Inn. Either way, Thank you for staying with us and perhaps we will see you again sometime.

Location is great, guests were friendly.
Our bathroom could use an upgrade but everything was quaint.

Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words, as well as the feedback. We are continuing to update parts of the room each year, one of the focuses for the next updates are the bathrooms, hopefully next time you visit you will see some of the updates.
