Nice cottage stay. It was exactly as advertised.
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI enjoyed my stay. It was exactly as advertised. My only thing if you stay in the winter with snow and ice make sure you are in a AWD vehicle cause it is on a hill lol. The host was really nice when I needwd to communicate with them and they responded very fast.

Charming North Shore duplex

Quaint duplex cottage in gentrifying neighborhood.
Publié le 29 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a small duplex cottage that works very well for a couple. It was thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, and we found it quite comfortable. I was not wild about the "On-Street" parking but it turned out fine, mostly because the alley in front of the property is considerably wider than it is up the street... where it is barely wide enough for a single vehicle to pass. We had one of the two units in the building.. one bedroom, a small kitchen, nice bathroom, and a comfortable living room. The hardwired smoke detector in the bedroom was MISSING from its mount so there was no smoke detector in the unit. I don't know TN laws but I suspect it is not legal to lease an accommodation without a working smoke detector in the unit. This should be addressed Immediately. Otherwise, the owners did a nice job of providing a comfortable and thoughtful accommodation. There is a large gap under the front door which admits a lot of outside air. In cold months, this might make the unit uncomfortable.

The Hooch Regatta
Publié le 6 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayFabulous place! We stayed here for the Head of the Hooch race and to visit my son at UTC. We were able to walk to the waterfront fairly easily. Cottage was very clean, king bed comfy and a great shower with hot water and good pressure. TV worked great. These are all things you don’t always get with a VRBO. We will definitely stay here when we come back!
