Kept my deposit. The room smelled like smoke when i got in it. I never smoked inside. Pretty much robbed me.

Outrageously loud
Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HotelsImpossible to sleep as they put me in a room next to the restaurant. There were several car alarms, slamming doors, and people having full volume conversations outside my door. I requested a room change and they allowed me to move to another room around 1 am. Still loud, people talking outside talking incredibly loud. Went to take an exam at 7 am with no sleep at all. I requested and got a late check out. Tried take a nap after my exam, only to have multiple staff members knock on my door multiple times to ask why I hadn’t checked out. One of them confirmed I had a late check out, the next one simply wrote it down and left. By this point I realized it was impossible to rest in that place, got my things and left before my checkout time.

We had a great stay. Room was spotless, staff was friendly, the attached cafe was phenominal! They even had a gazebo in the pool area. This will be our go to spot in Chattanooga!

The shower was amazing, the room was very musty and old smelling. Traffic was loud. Worst part was we chose the hotel because it was supposed to have complimentary breakfast according to your web. And then there was none!!
