Main thing I look for is clean. It was. However beds need to be replaced and our toilet was a little unsturdy.
Location is good. I felt safe but it needs some updates.

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and the property was close to ruby falls and Ocoee River where we went rafting.

Staff was incredibly friendly despite checking in after midnight. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was provided and convenient. Good location close to Rock City. Would book again if coming back to the area.
