Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the property and the decor; the place was clean and the location was terrific. We also appreciated the availability of Keurig K-Cups for morning coffee and a wide variety of basic kitchen items that often times aren't included with your stay.

Great place and host
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis unit is full of character and really cool and authentic architecture. It is located in the Southside District and we felt very safe. There are so many interesting elements all over the unit and we just thought it was really fun and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and high ceilings were a definite plus. The best thing I wanted to point out was the host. Every time I had a question, Robert responded in 30 minutes or less. He was very responsive and attentive to all our needs. In fact, when I inquired about whether the unit had a full length mirror, he went out and got a really nice one! To me, he went over and beyond our expectations, and we were very pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Inspiring Location

The eclectic collection that decorates the space inspires creativity and was exactly what we needed! Robert was great to work with and very quick to respond. Do note that at the time of our stay, the roof-top deck was in disrepair and did not have seating available as is pictured, but the view is still amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this rental!

Pretty cool place
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayPros: quite the experience with the loft and the rooftop area. Walkable neighborhood- Taqueria Jalisco Ania (mexican) and Niedlov's Bakery were both super yummy. Rain showerheads were a fun touch.
Cons: parking was a nightmare- the lot across the street and the street parking were full, we ended up finding paid parking close by, but after a full day of traveling- it was not a great welcome. The master bed was very hard. The rest of the beds were good.

There is an abundance of free parking at my building. The lot across the street has 30 spaces and there are approximately 12 spots on the street in front of my building. All are free. In fact, there are more free spaces within 100’ of my building than anyplace downtown! There are an additional 20-30 free spaces 2 doors down. It’s a shame these guests never reached out to me - I could have given them more information on parking options, as it appears they arrived at a very busy time.
As far as the beds go. Does everyone prefer soft beds? Not me. I personally would rather sleep on the floor over a soft mattress, which is why I have provided firm, medium and soft mattress options in my loft. The queen bed is soft. The king is firm. The 2 twins are medium. I’ve actually had tons of guests message me after their stay asking me where they could buy the firm mattress - they loved it so much!
Certainly can’t please everyone - obviously, but I damn sure try. Suppose I’ll buy 12 new mattresses and put them in the closets, so picky guests who prefer soft mattresses can interchange them (rather than moving to the other bedroom 10’ away.) lol.

He provides everything you need for a comfy stay! His prompt responses and awesome suggestions hel so much to those new to the area! Highly, Highly recommend this one!

Girls weekend
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFun and eclectic place to stay, so convenient, easy to get in and out of. Only one night it got a little loud
from the bar downstairs. Pretty sure it was after midnight, some people made their way to the rooftop and woke us up, could hear them talking like they're in the room next to us. If that doesn't bother you, then this place is for you.

There are many pros - and very few cons of being in the most popular area (and most convenient) of downtown Chattanooga. It’s relatively quiet in the area considering all of the attractions, activities, restaurants, etc within walking distance. Furthermore, inside the building - and on the property - we have a very strict policy of quiet time. It’s at 10:00pm during the week and 11:00 on the weekends. I’m 100% available 24/7 to all of my guests, and will always enforce the rules of the property. Unfortunately, nothing was communicated to me during this particular stay. Had it been brought to my attention, the after hours distractions would have been dealt with immediately.

I loved everything about my stay , the place was so comfy and clean and extremely unique, loved the decor and how different it was from the usual stay. Communication was fast and friendly.
