The space
➺ This house is the corner home in the heart of Chattanooga for all of your fun activities. Enjoy a very spacious 1800+ Square Foot home for your group! The living space flows into the kitchen with an open floor plan, and has a large 65" Roku 4K TV for your enjoyment.

➺ Enjoy not one, not two, but three very spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. The first bedroom is downstairs and the remaining two are upstairs. We provide all of your toiletries, towels, and linens. The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, blender, toaster, and other kitchen supplies.

➺ CAPACITY: Our home most comfortably accommodates 6 adults, up to 8 adults maximum with the use of the blow up mattress. If you have any questions about capacity, please inquire before booking. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking.

This house was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well furnished for our Christmas cookie party and for breakfast. Plenty of space for everyone. It was clean, nice and warm when we arrived on a cold night. The owner was quick to respond with questions. We would definitely rent this house again.

You need to fire your cleaner and you need to do some maintenance to the property
There was something gross in a drinking glass taken out of the cabinet by my son, there was a long black hair on the folded down part of the sheet/comforter which was right at my face. In the bathroom downstairs (the only one I used) the air vent in the floor was rusty and filthy, the mirror had multiple places that showed silver, there was no stopper in the sink so anything was dropped it would be lost plus the metal surrounding the sink drain was discolored. The hand towels in that vanity were in a pile behind the bath towels (not folded). I wasn't sure if they had been washed or not. Without me saying a word, my son (who stayed in the main bedroom/bathroom) announced that the house was filthy. The furnishings were bare bones: no chest of drawers or dresser in any of the bedrooms, so no drawers in which to put clothes. No lamps on the night stands. On the front stoop, there was a big cob web or spider web above the door with leaves in it, and if you looked at the window to your left, the sills were dirty. Not a good first impression. Also, it is misleading to advertise that the property is .5 miles from downtown and is walkable. It is probably correct that it is .5 miles from some restaurants, etc. but it wasn't walkable to what I would consider downtown. Also, it was in a transitional neighborhood so we didn't feel safe walking. When we came home from dinner, two homeless people suddenly appeared at the house and scared my family. But it was a pretty house.

60th Birthday Celebration
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very roomy, nicely decorated, and we all had lots of space. The host was very thoughtful when providing all of the conveniences needed. The location was convenient to all of our travel plans and less than five minutes from many fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. We all gave it a 10/10!

Pretty House, Easy Location, Could use Refining
Overall, I gave the property 4 stars. When we showed up, the house had not been cleaned from the previous guest. If we had not had an event to go to that evening and wanted to be in the house, it could have been an bigger issue. However- the owner was extremely quick to respond and took care of it right away. Given that mistakes happen and the owner’s willingness to get that fixed right away, I only docked one star. There were small things like no extra bed blankets (we used al beds and an air mattress). There also wasn’t a binder or print out with any instructions, so we had to figure out where to take the trash out and things like that. Overall- good stay! Easy location (we were okay with the noise of a Main Street). The owner is extremely responsive and helpful, so we would stay here again.

This house was perfect for a quick girls trip stay! The house was a great size, clean, and in a great location to downtown Chat. Blane was also very responsive to any questions that I had, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to everything
We were just a few minutes from downtown and also easy drive to the aquarium area. The townhouse was very comfortable and clean for the 6 of us. It was very nice having 3 full bathrooms for our crew. Our host was incredibly responsive to inquiries.

Perfect getaway spot
We had a great time at this property for a short family getaway. The only complaint I would have would be the busy street and it's loud at night when you're trying to sleep but that's nothing the owner can control. Overall the house was perfect, fully stocked, very spacious but cozy! Great communication from the host and we enjoyed staying at this property.
