Breakfast buffet was very cheap and unhealthy. Location is great.

Worse experience of my 2 week vacaction! Reserved a room with 2 queen size beds for 3 people. Without even notification, they changed or room to a king with sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress was old with no support. Very uncomfortable. No pillows, all ice machines broken except on two out of 5 floors. Room freezing and thermastat did not work. Very loud highway noise. I could keep going but i want to forget about this experience. Will NEVER recommend nor stay there again.

Upon researching here, we discovered that there was absolutely no contact info for you for our staff to contact you before your arrival.

Room could have been cleaner. Stains on sheets and comforter.
