Lively 5 bd 2 1/2 bth pet friendly home minutes from downtown. GAME ROOM 🎱

The home is uniquely setup. There are 2 floors that are completely separate from each other but easily accessible to interact. Each floor has their own kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, and dining room. NO INTERIOR STAIRS CONNECT THE 2 SPACES. We do not split up the 2 units so it’s the perfect set up for multiple families and friends. The upstairs has 3 bdr, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, office, and sitting area with roku tvs in each bedroom and a 75 inch in the open concept area. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms,1 bath, kitchen, laundry, dining area, It also has a pool table and foosball table in the game room with roku tvs in each bedroom and living area as well. This home is huge but still cozy and full of southern charm. It easily sleeps 11 adults in an actual bed , not a couch or blow up mattress situation. Kids and adults can enjoy this property. We have games and toys for all ages. Huge yard space with the back yard completely fenced. Please disclose if bringing a pet and add them to your reservation. We have a fire pit with wood inside and covered, extra wood is stored under the deck stairs. We also have a charcoal grill. Huge deck with 2 levels and oversized stairs leading right into the back yard. Lots of parking areas on both sides of the property. Please do not park on the street. Quiet corner double lot with mature trees.

Excellent experience!
This house was perfect! We all had plenty of room and lots of family fun! It was about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood was not fantastic, but the house and the yard were very well kept. The only other thing I would mention is that you cannot access the upstairs and downstairs from inside the house. You have to go outside the house to get to the different levels.

Fun House for kids
This house was amazingly well stocked and clean. Lots of space and bedrooms. We were unfortunately there during a tropical storm so we didn't get to enjoy everything to the fullest like the outdoor space, but it was very nice. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Precious house!
Miss Dione was so very kind and immediately responsive to any minor issues. The home is lovely and lots of space. The downstairs with pool table, darts, foosball etc was perfect for the younger adults to hang out. No need was overlooked by our gracious host. Don’t let first appearances fool you about the neighborhood, it’s an older area in transition; it was extremely quiet day and night

The host, Dionne, was very responsive to inquiries before and during the whole process of renting this location. She added a nice touch with a personal note on the white board upon arrival welcoming us and had some snacks in the kitchen as well as a good supply of Keurig cups.

Family Wedding Retreat
We needed a large home for several married members of the family to relax and then get ready for a wedding. This home provided privacy, yet closeness for two extended families. The home was very clean and spacious. Our host left bottled water and some treats, which were much appreciated. The downstairs was roomy and had a great game room which was a hit for both the little kids and the big kids ( 40 +!!). Dog crates were provided and the back yard is fenced in. Plenty of chairs in and out. A great home away from home! Thank you so much for your hospitality and use of your home.

Property is very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. I wanted to take the mattress home with me! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Downstairs was loaded with fun with all the games available. Host was one of the best! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great stay at this property. It was very hot when we stayed at this property and the AC was struggling to keep up with the outside temp. The property owner had an AC service out to the home within 12 hrs. Topped of the AC unit and things were good to go. She also brought doughnuts in the AM for us. This is a unique property that does well for a large group. I highly recommend.

The house was clean, and it was fully stocked! The host was great, and communicated quickly. Lots of games to play at the house and TVs in each room so if you want to watch differently from others that’s not a problem. The steps going into the upstairs are pretty steep but the lower level is not. We had a large group, with a wide age range and there was enough to keep everyone interested and busy during our stay.

We had a great stay in this fantastic house. The proximity to downtown is fantastic, a short 10 minute drive max! We had a fantastic time hanging on the back deck and playing in the gameroom.

Nice house!
The house was nice and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and successful stay. The beds were comfortable (although the downstairs beds are child sized). The house, however, is NOT in a great area of Chattanooga. We knew this going in, but could catch others off-guard. We travelled as a group of guys and felt comfortable, but likely not a great area for families or solo travelers.

Family Vacation
This property worked out great for our family! We were able to be together and still have room to break away. We enjoyed so many cool games, and it provided easy access to downtown and surrounding areas making it a great location! Dionne made us feel welcome with a sweet message, and everything was just as nice as it appeared in the pictures. It was clean, inviting, and comfortable!
