Welcome to Oliver’s Landing!!
Our gorgeous cottage home is located in North Shore Chattanooga walking distance to the famous Walnut Street Walking bridge, Coolidge Park and Downtown! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people and boasts all new stylish modern decor throughout. The game room downstairs is equipped with an additional living rom space and shuffle board table! Experience Chattanooga in our lovely Olivers Landing home!

Favorite things about this home:
This home is a 10 minute walk away from Frazier Avenue and a 15 minute walk from Downtown Chattanooga! Frazier Avenue is right on the Tennessee River and has amazing restaurants, shopping and there are several grocery stores right down the street like Publix and Whole Foods. This property’s location is incredible and it’s the perfect place to stay while wanting to experience all that this beautiful river city has to offer! Our home was recently updated with brand new carpet upstairs, all new paint and all 3 bathrooms were completely updated as well. It will feel as though you are walking into a brand new home! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a brand new washer and dryer that you are more than welcome to use during your stay.

Family: Oliver's landing is very family friendly! The home provides a booster seat, a baby gate, a pack n'play, a child size fold up bed upstairs in the master bedroom closet and multiple types of card and board games. Lastly, the spacious newly converted garage that is now a second living room downstairs has a shuffle board table and a sleeper sofa for one  which is a great place for everyone in the family to enjoy!

Home Layout: When entering the home through the front door you'll walk into the living room which has a large flat screen smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace with plenty of seating for everyone. Straight ahead is the open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal during your stay. Pots, pans, plate-ware, drink-ware, silverware, and some bakeware are all provided. Right off the dining area is a wonderful screened-in porch with outdoor seating. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening! Across from the kitchen is the laundry area, a half bathroom and the entrance to the downstairs game room/second living room that has a shuffle board and a large sectional couch with a sleeper sofa. Head upstairs and you'll find the spacious master bedroom with a fully updated beautiful bathroom attached. Down the hall is another full bathroom and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed with a twin loft above it!

Things you need to know:
There is NO grill on this property.
There is NO cable TV but all of the smart TVs have apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime movie, etc that you can use your own account to sign into.

Weather and Outages!  Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

My family enjoyed our stay in 610 Oliver for the grandsons' spring break. It was easy to access all we eanted to see and do. The house was a great size for our group of six. The boys loved the basement bonus room.

Great Base for Exploring the City
This was a great house for us to explore the Aquarium, the parks, north shore, and downtown. With little kids we only made the mistake of walking all the way down the hill and back once, but wouldn't have been bad with bigger kids all walking on their own. The owners were great communicators and give us clear instructions to get in and check out. They even were accommodating when we had trouble with the VRBO payment system. The place was clean and comfortable, exactly what we expected. We'd stay here again.

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UTC and had a family luncheon catered in. It was a wonderful property and allowed all of us to visit instead of going to a busy restaurant and be rushed. We would stay here again for sure!

Loved everything about our stay. Very comfortable and rec room in the basement was an added bonus. Great location. Only issue was that batteries need to be replaced in Master bedroom fan and tv remotes. Would definitely rent again - thanks for all the care you take of your place!

Comfortable and great location
Other than the shortage of kitchen equipment (no sugar, oil or larger pots or cookie sheets), everything about the house was great for our group. The basement is a great addition for hanging out. The house is comfortable for small children and has enough space to be spread out with six people and a toddler. The neighborhood is quiet; it is a little older but it felt safe and was very easy to drive from the house to the downtown areas. I would stay here again.

This rental is fabulous! We enjoyed a very comfortable three-night, four-day stay at Oliver's Landing. Every mattress was very comfy, the bed lines were exceptionally nice, and plenty of pillows were provided. Bathroom linens were top quality as was the toilet tissue. This home was so clean. No dust anywhere, floors were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. All the trash receptables have soft-close lids, which means no nasty smells will be escaping from the bins. Extra blankets were available in the living room and each bedroom, which was a nice touch. There's a mini fridge in the basement, which we also really liked. There were only a few negatives I can report from our trip. First of all, there weren't enough washcloths for our group of 6. One washcloth per person won't work for us. To keep from having to wash linens every day, I ended up getting more washcloths.For future visits, I'll know to bring plenty from home. Secondly, there were salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen cabinet, but they were empty. I didn't realize they were empty until I was making breakfast our first morning there. Unseasoned scrambled eggs is no way to start the day. Additionally, the hot water in the beautiful soaking tub in the master bathroom wouldn't get hot, which, while being a bummer, didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. Finally, the batteries in one ceiling fan remote, one TV remote and one smoke detector were dead or dying.

Clean comfortable and great location
Perfect place to stay with my kids while my son attended camp at the TN Aquarium! Located within walking distance to Frazier and all the fun little shops (although if you have small children, I wouldn’t make this walk bc of the steep hills and they would tire out quickly.) The house had all things kid friendly (toys, pack n play, booster seat and games.) The basement was a fun little hang out spot with a shuffle board. Everything was comfortable and clean. We come to chatt often to visit family so this will be our “go-to” place now

We rented Oliver’s Landing for my daughter’s graduation from UTC. It was a great location! The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the showers and tub were very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful stay in Hill City
Coming into this property you are greeted with a beautifully renovated garage turned game room / entertainment area. Heading upstairs to the main floor, the home was immaculate with plenty of space, an organized and clean kitchen, and a fantastic wooded view towards the backyard area. On the second floor, a master bedroom plus en suite and two additional bedrooms with an additional bathroom on the second floor. Our group was able to walk less than a mile to local restaurants and bars. The elevation was surprising and led to some premier views of the Scenic City landscape. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The property managers were responsive and welcoming before our trip began. Would definitely recommend this property for outings with friends and families.

House was perfect for hosting a retirement trip for my Mom. Enough space for 6 adults and 2 toddlers to be very comfortable under one roof. Very quiet street. Although the grade was a little steep, we walked several times to restaurants and shops in the area.

What a lovely home that had everything! Clean, comfy, and in a close-in North Chat neighborhood. We even WALKED to dinner two nights - and enjoyed the people and good food just at the bottom of the street. We will definitely be back!
