The room smelled like wet carpet and mold. Saw roaches on the counter where the continental breakfast was being served. I would not stay here again.

Our first room smelled horrible, they replaced it for us. Staff was friendly. Room & property need some upgrades, bathroom door was hard to shut & dirty fingerprints on the door.

Horrible Stay
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsI booked a douvle queen room on Jume 15th 2024 for me and my daughter but when i checked in, received my room key and entered the room, i discovered they gave me a single queen??? So I returned to the front desk and per front desk clerk, Hotel.com system only showed a "Single Queen Bed" not a double. They said due to this not being their fault, they were not able to change room to my origonal booking preference. I had to purchase a roll away bed and the room was already small so, it was even smaller. We were in Chattanooga for a big softball tournament for 4DAYS and very uncomfortably. I need someone from Hotel.com to contact me ASAP.
SD: They also had bugs. I would see one each morning in the bathroom and my daughter seen one under the desk. She deathly scared of roaches so, this made it even more terrible.😫
