J’ai déjà fait un avis positif pour cet endroit mais moins d’une semaine à mon retour je réserve la même hôtel car j’avais vraiment aimé la place
Déception des coquerelles dans la salle de bain qui se promène sur le plancher et malheur une autre près du lit que j’ai apporté à la réception et mon changer de chambre et beaucoup moins pire mais finalement je n’étais pas encore seul
Dommage car l’installation est bien mais il devrais faire exterminer, moi j’aime pas dormir avec des bebittes

Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived on a Friday late afternoon. We were on 1st floor. There was no carpet, the tables and nightstand has some aticky resisue on them. I cleaned them off. There was a phone, but it want hooked up. It was pretty clean for the most part. The beds were very comfortable! The ac unit worked. Dint get to sleep much because of all the syreet noise! Sirens constantly going off all night. We finally put white noise on the tv to drown out the traffic noise but then the tv brightness lit up the room! Lol we left at 11am to go meet up with my son for the day and we returned back around midnight. We were getting ready for bed and found roaches crawling on the wall around our bed pillows! I went to the office to let them know n was offered another room. We did go to another room in another building but was put on 2nd floor. It was a nicer room, it had flooring. However, the tv was now little! But we were sleepy and tired. I dropped something on the floor n had to use my phone flashlight to see to pick it up and there were roaches that scattered! We wasnt offered any refund either. As i would've gone to a different hotel for the night. However, there was No traffic noise heard on the back side of the building! I would not stay here again. But the staff was friendly and tried accommodating. They said it was treated every Tuesday for pest control.

We had to change rooms. The first room we had was obviously not cleaned. The toilet was filthy, there were bugs in the shower, pubic hairs on the counter and in the sink, the bed was dirty, and the phone didn't work for me to call the front desk. I had to walk down to ask for another room, walk back to get my bag out of the room, walk back to the front desk again toget another key for a different room. The girl at the front desk assigned me a new room with no attitude or trouble. The second room was better but there were still bugs in the shower. It may not have been a 5 star hotel, but the rooms could till clean before they are rented out for a stay.

Rooms were not cleaned well. We were on the main road with very noisy traffic all night.
