Abysmal customer service, dirty.

This was our half way hotel to home after staying in Daytona for a week. Arriving at the hotel we had a 15 minute wait to get our room key. No big deal. After this we went to the room and put our stuff down after the bug check on the bed. No signs of bed bugs. Great. 2 of the 3 of us left the hotel room after setting plants and chocolate from our trip that couldn’t sit in the hot car.. barely looked at the room and left. Came back after 2 hours and went to take a shower. Inside of the shower the shower head had a thick black ring of filth around where the water comes out. I tried to just not think about it as I finished my shower. I got out and the towel I used seemed white until you held it up to the light and there was stains galore on the towel. It was absolutely disgusting! So I grabbed another and it wasn’t that bad minimal stains but I needed to dry off! Seen a roach crawl across the floor near the door after my shower. We went to the main desk and said we wanted to check out and ask about a partial refund because we were not staying there and if we did we weren’t gonna sleep at all. We decided to just finish our 7 hour drive home before staying there. We have not since heard from anyone at motel 6. Got a email back saying to wait 5 days and its been over 7 now. I doubt I will hear back from them at this point. The outside looks nice but it is filthy with horrible customer service! Faucet drips, probably where the roaches would drink!

The beds and floor were damp to the point of feeling wet. We were just here to sleep so we could get back on the road. The wet beds plus the extremely noisy area and neighbors made that impossible.

I ended up getting a refund it was infested with roaches.

Cheap, close and dirty

Location was great for what we wanted to see. Shower, sink and floor was dirty. Used towels in shower. Had a few big bugs walking up the wall and across the floor. Air conditioner worked great. Difficulty at times using the television.

NEEDS AN UPDATE

They had to immediately give us new pillows because the ones on the bed were stained. The smoke detector was in the drawer and no where it is suppose to be. The sofa has stains all over it. The sink leaks. There's an iron but no ironing board. Also, there's no hair dryer.
