Property is good and location is safe. Very near to all of the places that I wanted to go. All the staff was very helpful. Rooms are nice, just the air conditioning system is very loud.

We found the inn decor and firnishings to be extremely spartan and overly eclectic. We were not comfortable there. Furthermore, when we checked in on Sunday evening, we were told by the young man that checked us in that breakfast was served until 09:30. We walked into the lobby at just a few minutes past 09:00 abd breakfast was already closed. We V spoke to the girl on duty at the desk and were informed that breakfast ended at 09:00 during the week. We ended up n going to McDonalds and spending just b a l ittle over $12.00 for our breakfast. This may not seem like much money, but it was enough to put us in a bind for our food budget yesterday and we were unable to eat a decent lunch. Last evening, when we arrived back at the inn after spending all day out we found tjat our keys to the facility did not work. We had to walk around to the front door and enter there. Agai. This may not seem like a long walk, but I am 100% disabled veteran with m p bility issues and poor lance due to nervous system idies directly attributable to my service to this nation anf it was difficult for me. T J e kid at the desk re-programmed our key cards and we thought that we were fine; until we got to the room. We V walked into the room to find that our room hadnt been touched anf there were no clean towels. My wife went back to the desk and l was told rather snippily that housekeeping was only every other day. We wouldnt have stayed here if we had known that. We wont be back to TRU.

I booked and paid for a King room and They didn't give me my room that I reserved!!! They didn't want to print my receipt and they also charged me a $50 deposit that they didn't notify me of when I made the reservation Very bad service 👎
