Publié le 9 mai 2019 sur HotelsHi Hotels.com, this is the first time I have tried your website to book hostel for my travel, and you made me really dissappointed. I reached Chaung Thar at 3 am, then I saw all the lights of this hostel off, I thought that they were sleeping so I waited outside till 6 am to call the number of the hostel that you provide via email. A man took the call and said something that I didn't understand. Then I went to the hostel to knock the door but no one answered me. I looked through the window and it really shocked me when there were nothing in the house, even a bed, a table, a chair. I tried to call the man again but he didn't take anymore. Then I have to find another local hostel and pay by cash while I paid for this hostel already. So, the question is: Why do you leave this hostel's information here while it is already closed, and you still charge people's money on a closed hostel? It was such a terrible experience to wait outside 3 hours since midnight until morning just to realize the hostel was a ghost hostel. I have just read some feedbacks in Appstore about your app and there are many cases like me, that must be a serious problem of your system that you must fix, otherwise people will leave you day by day. Moreover, I even can't find a hotline or an email address to report this case, that's why I write it here. Hope you see this. Also, I want you to give my money back and appologize me for this experience.
