Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was very friendly. The room wasnt over clean....dog hair on the carpet, bathroom was really dusty and moldy, and everything is super outdated.
The bed was comfortable at least. I wouldnt pay 131 to stay again.

I made reservation weeks prior. When I arrived at hotel, approximately 5, I was the only car there. Was told I could not have ground floor unless I paid extra. Interior halls were smelly and stained. Parking lot snd exterior definitely needs freshened up

The location is wonderful along the river unfortunately we were unable to enjoy our patio as the neighbors were smoking and the smoke drifted into our area. Unfortunately this really dampened our enjoyment of the lovely location along the river.

Room smelled like old smoke, there was a chunk of black hair in the bathtub that was not mine. Room was not very nice, needed some finishes still. Cable did not work. Everything was very old. The only good thing would maybe be the location?? I am happy to say i was only there for a total of 9 hours.

This was our second visit in a year to this hotel and the greater Mackinac area. The owner is regularly at the property and is very gracious and attentive. We had an issue with our dog but the owner took care of it immediately and was very compassionate and understanding. We will return if we are in the area again.
