Amazing stay, worth every penny

Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived early) The decking could do with a little pressure wash to clean out the everyday dirt and cobwebs but it wasn't anything major and again, expected. The loungers could benefit from a cushion/mat so you can lay on them comfortably. Couldnt figure out how to get the plug out of the free standing bath... Due to the weather, the lodge was very warm inside. It would have been good to have some air con potentially but again, nothing major and once the sun went down, the cold country breeze certainly made up for it. Honestly had an amazing time, absolutely reccomend and will definitely be looking to book again in the near future. Thank you to all of the hard working team and family at Springfield. It was an unforgettable experience.
