Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
The only issue we had was the train tracks are about 2 blocks away from the hotel. The train blows its whistle as it crosses intersections. Had a very rough night of sleep from 1:30 am til 5:00 am. Not sure if earplugs would help but it was pretty loud.

We had two vehicles and both of them received damages in your parking lot. One of the vehicles was horribly scraped on the side and back end. We had to come back to the hotel at 11:30 PM and there was only one parking spot left to use. A couple of cars were parked right in the front of the door. I needed a handicapped spot and there was nothing left except for over to the side of the building. There were a lot of construction vehicles in the lot, perhaps working on your remodel. It appears the damages to our vehicles looked like caused from construction tools hanging out of a vehicle.

Hello Donna,Our construction crew is based locally and has never stayed here before. We however have many guests who are doing various construction through the county. We are sorry your vehicle was damaged, on sold out nights, we have enough for parking for 1 car per room, coming in late would be limited on choices too. I am sorry this made your experience negative for a low rating.

Even with the major renovation occuring at this hotel - the staff and service were excellent. Renovations are great.

We reserved 2 queen beds. We were 3 adults. Father with a knee replaced, daughter with health issues and me. Upon arrival we were given a king and a pull out couch. The clerk lamely blamed Expedia for our issues
She was adamant that there were no other rooms available. Even for the next day, since we were staying 2 nights. My daughter had a headache and a sore back the next day. My husband went to the lobby to see if they might have some advil. Oh yes they did.. $3.00 for a packet of 2 pills.

I have addressed your concerns about the room type in a private message to you, and I encourage you to reach out to me if you'd like too. I did not charge your husband for the Advil, I understood him when he came to the store. Taking care of guests always comes first. I am so sorry this reservation was not booked at the room type you guys preferred, Double queens always fill in advance on sports weekends.I'd love an opportunity in the future for another shot, with renovation nearing completion, i will have so much more to offer. We'd love a second chance.

We love the 5/5 and appreciate you.I understand our parking has been tough, with our construction taking up some spots (we are so close to being done), and people taking up more than 1 per car definitely does not help! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, so we can stop this from happening.

The hotel is under construction so if you have chemical sensitivity you will want to stay elsewhere....there was a distinct new carpet other chemical smell on second floor.
As another reviewer said there is frequent train traffic nearby so light sleepers might be sensitive to the horns.
We had a problem with the electric plugs by one side of the bed.
Room was clean, comfortable bed.
Full buffet breakfast.
Would stay again.
