Nice condo just steps from downtown Chelan

The condo was very spacious, well maintained and clean. We received all the information we needed prior to check in from the property management. The view of the lake was very nice and although we didn't use the pool or hot tub there were just a few steps from out unit and appeared to be well maintained. There was plenty of food and shopping options a 10 minutes walk in Chelan although the area our unit was in was very quiet. We would definately stay there again.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The property was clean and well maintained. We love how easy it was to walk to downtown Chelan and restaurants. We would love to stay again.

Girl’s Trip

This condo was nice and clean. The view is always wonderful. I’ve come to Chelan several times with my family but this is the first time coming with girlfriends. Second time coming for one friend and first time for the other. I’m happy that we booked this condo at Peterson’s so that my girls were able to experience a stay right off of the lake. The only couple issues we had was there wasn’t enough toilet paper for 3 women for 3 nights and we couldn’t find any extra anywhere. The front desk was helpful in giving us an extra roll even though they aren’t supposed to supply these privately owned condos. Also the surround sound would not work and there wasn’t really anyone to help with that either. I called the Vacasa phone number and someone was supposed to call back the next morning since it was late but no one called. We ended up using the volume on the TV itself since we were kind of stuck in the condo one day because of the smoke from the fires. Other than that, we would definitely like to book here again.

Perfect vacation

We took a short break and luckily found this gem. Perfect location on the lake, a short walk into Chelan and a great pool. The condo itself was much more spacious than the photos appear and very nice furnishings. It was clean with a perfect view of the pool and lake. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only thing not provided were pool/lake towels which would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, this condo was the perfect location for a nice break for the family!

Beautiful View and clean and welcoming Condo. Communication w Vacasa was not the best.

The condo was actually much larger than what it appeared. Everything was clean, and welcoming. I would have given it all 5 stars, but the communication w Vacasa Rep. was not great. The pamphlets in the condo had the incorrect Network Name written on it (several different pamphlets). The password was also written down incorrectly. There was a note on the fridge stating that this was an individually owned condo, and all communications were to be with Vacasa not the front desk. Well, this meant I had NO wifi access for about 24hours. Vacasa said they reached out for local support (never heard back) and texted and said there were outages in the area (not the case). I went to the front desk the next day. The lady gave me the right network name and password and left a Vm for the owner. All very helpful. I would just advise the owner to take down the sign on the fridge, and have the guests talk to the front desk. Not vacasa.

Best of Lake Chelan

We travel to Chelan for short get aways often and have stayed in numerous B&B’s, condo’s etc and Peterson’s if by far the best experience we’ve had from reservation to check in to check out!

Awesome! But could be cleaner....

Check in process was fantastic! Property was in a perfect location. The property was larger than expected, which was great. Kitchen was a bit small but was clean! The sole problem we had was the cleanliness of the towels, sheets, and furniture. Our sheets were clearly not cleaned prior (hair, smelled horrible, and makeup on the sheets. Towels were half clean/half dirty. Furniture has old candy wrappers between the couch pillows...pretty gross). Luckily, the unit had a great washer and dryer, so we had to go to safeway for some laundry detergent and we were good to go.
