Elevator was broken most of the weekend. Half the cups leaked. Toaster didn't work. Dryer didn't work and unit was short on bath towels. Windows and patio door extremely difficult to open/close. They did send someone to address some of the issues about a day after first reported and they were unable to make any repairs. On top of that, was double charged for booking fees (not the nightly fee) and that still hasn't been resolved.

Chelan Stay
Publié le 17 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayI had messaged the property and never got a response. The check-in process was okay but not very specific on how to get into the property. The pictures made it seem nicer than it was. There was no welcome packet with information for us for checkin/checkout procedures, I actually had to ask other guests what was required of us to not get charged. No iron like the listing said. The TV was hard to work, multiple remotes, Roku remote but no connection to tv. It was fine overall but I have stayed at much nicer places for WAY less money. I can tell they didn’t take time to really clean but did some things to make it tolerable.

We always want the check-in process to be smooth and we send emails prior to arrival with all the information you will need to access the home. Additionally, we encourage guests to use our Trip Manager portal as it provides instructions you may need during your stay. Great view but..
Publié le 5 oct. 2020 sur HomeAwayReplace rugs and pillows they are heavily soiled. Provide more than One roll of toilet paper. Provide guests with code to elevator. We had to take stairs the whole time. No DVD player in main room, you should specify that. Great view though. Balcony sits right above hotel garbages. Unpleasant smell.
