Deferred maintenance- no response from owner
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo was cute and clean. HOWEVER, one ONE of the burners worked in the stove. (The smallest burner) and the oven did not work at all. Kitchen only had one pepper shaker and nothing else. For the price, we did expect there to be salt and pepper, and also possibly nonstick spray for cooking. Also, only two out of six lightbulbs worked in the bathroom. And, there was a funky smell that was constant in the bathroom. May be old plumbing. No impress with zero response to our communication about the stove and oven not working.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have encountered during your time with us. Please be advised that while the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. On the other hand, we have reported the other issues that you have encountered to our local team to avoid future complaints and for improvements. We do hope you will give us another chance to host you.

Bitterly disappointed
Publié le 10 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice view and clean but poor location. Broken laundry door, tacky plastic sheet on bed, window screens not cleaned in years, 2 stove burners not working, paint on floor, poor detail work on remodel, illogical and limited furniture layout and bad lighting.

No Paradise here

Dirty stairs coming up, ‘bathroom trash’ on landing and stairs
Front Door has been broken into and not repaired properly.
Hair all over couch, some looked nonhuman.
Dried white stains on comforter🙄 I threw it on the floor on the closet along with the throw pillows
Floors dirty despite request to keep shores off see white washcloth for the bathroom and a hand towel for the main and bedroom. Filthy.
Light in stairwell out. Neighboring renters were using a phone flashlight. Someone will get hurt and sue you.
Toilet was clogged. Had to shut water off to avoid overflow. Plunged it. It doesn’t flush right. Bath sink backs up.
Fridge is not cold. All food we put in there is not edible. Water and drinks barely cold. It’s on high. Was when we checked in. Freezer works though.
Birds nest over car in carport.
No laundry detergent.
The top of the kitchen table has been ruined and looks awful.
Most cabinets don’t stay closed. Transition into kitchen and out have damage, the worst one is a trip hazard.
I saw the ‘sold’ flyer in the window in town. These owners don’t care about the condition. Vacasa never followed up.
All of this was sent to them. I included pictures on my review there and they didn’t post them.

Terrible stay at this VRBO
Publié le 20 juin 2023 sur HomeAwaywe had kids that stayed next door and partied all night untill three in the morning. Alot of yelling, loud music, slamming of the doors. Running up and down the stairs. And screaming and fighting. during our stay. we asked two of them if they could quiet down but did not care. I called and left two messages with the property manager and got no response. Called the 24/7 number and told the person what was going on she stated she would find out what she could do for us but never bothered to get to us. So for this reason we left a day early and want to be reimbursed for that day. Hope fully you will respond to this message with a resolution to the problem we had. All this started from the beginning of our stay.

Very nice stay
Publié le 19 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayNo complaints. It was very clean, and it was accurate to the listing - maybe even slightly nicer than I thought it would be based on the price. The view is amazing. Location is great as well. For those wondering since it isn't spelled out well in the listing, the sofas in the listing are sleeper sofas and there is bedding for them.

Having trouble with the WiFi. Tried restarting the router, unplugged and plugged it several times. No reasonable help available with the management.

Great location

The bed was comfy, but had a plastic mattress protector which was loud when moving around in bed. Only thing that was not ideal was the dog next door barked a lot, volume on TV did not work and there was no iron.
