First off, my family and I where greated with a warm welcome, a smile, and a hot coffee...She was kind, intuitive, and accommidating! So we hope to see Annisian (pregnant or not) again. Later that evening we met a 3rd shift receptionist Becky. Whos accuracy shows her knowledge of working in all different hotels through out her yrs. Becky good luck with working ur way up the ladder to owning ur own hotel. I see passion in ur eyes. U deserve it! And then the sweet breakfast host was very personable we really enjoyed conversading with her. We will bring Monkey with us next time.

Disappointing, But Little Choice
Posted Jan. 13, 2020 on HotelsI often stay in Radisson Hotels around the US and this was definitely the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The staff was barely professional and dour (other than the friendly maids). And, though the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, the decor is very drab and the entire property is quite outdated. I appreciated the fairly well-equipped fitness room, as is true at most Radisson Hotels, but there aren’t any other particularly special amenities. All that said, there aren’t a lot of hotel choices near Chelmsford, so perhaps this property survives on its location. rather than its service and offerings. If I can find another hotel next time, I will.

Posted Dec. 29, 2019 on HotelsBest value for the money in that area. Big suite. However bed was very uncomfortable and the tub needed some major re-caulking, Pity as it could be a really wonderful place if they would put some money into refurbishing it. It's very old and tired looking.

It was easy to find and the room is nice. The shower pressure is a little low and the gym could update some of their equipment (reattaching cables to machine, a few more weights would be fantastic).
